Welcome to Lower Owlcotes Farm!!!

Ponies are all moved and settled at the new yard! It was great to be in before Christmas and have a roof over our heads, but have only just got round to updating the website. There is still work to do like the arena surface, car park finishing off, and the paddocks to divide, but we are in and that’s the main thing.  There are 4 larger stables being built in spring, to allow us to accommodate larger horses on full livery if needed.  We also have an area set aside for a solarium and wash down bay, as well as a seating area at the back of the building over looking the arena.

We will be taking on a couple of full liveries alongside our training liveries, and these are on a first come first served basis.  This is a 5* livery service 7 days a week. Horses & ponies will be bedded on shavings, and fed haylage, along with feeds twice a day.

Our facilities include:

*Indoor stables in a newly built barn. Very light and airy set over 2 floors. This allows plenty of storage space upstairs for your personal belongings

*20m x 40m menage

*full set of coloured show jump

*Turnout in small paddocks, which are poo picked daily

*Post and rail fencing and electric fencing, making it a safer environment for all horses and ponies

*5 / 10 minute ride from fantastic bridleways

*On site help with training and breaking (additional cost)

*Mobile clipping onsite (additional cost)

*Quiet private location, yet close to main bus routes and Pudsey train station
